It has come to my attention I will now have the honor of being bestowed the title of Supreme Ruler of the Universe. Many thanks to all planetary beings for your benevolence in voting me in to this esteemed office. I do go forth with great respect, love and honor for my fellow beings, nature and universal energies that constantly surround us and deserve respect. I will do my utmost to rule and serve to the best of my ability.
It seems my first order of business is to create and institute a holiday or festival in my honor. I hereby pronounce and declare Summer Solstice (or whichever day closest holds the full moon) of each year, henceforth, Celebration of the Universe day, in which we all may celebrate this glorious occasion, partying all day and all night, feasting, drinking, dancing, laughing, by the light of the sun and beneath the moon and stars. As it is considered on the fullest moon to Summer Solstice, there may be dancing naked under the full moon, but ‘naked’ is fully optional. Make merry with friends, family and strangers and celebrate all the goodness that is in our great and mighty universe. Be thankful for all you have been given and spread love and kindness to whomever you meet. Be kind to your planet and it’s creatures and all life. And do not forget to thank God/Spirit for creating everything provided you.
Special events will include huge sales at all establishments, though most will be closing at noon, so get there early if you want to save. Colors for the events should be all colors of the universe, though shades of blue, green, purple and pink are most fitting. Make your outdoor evening parties more festive with strings of lights hanging from the trees, balconies and fencing.
For 2015, we will celebrate during the full moon following July 1st, so we’ll all have time to make preparations. Again, thank you for this honor and have a glorious Summer Solstice/ Full Moon/ Celebration of the Universe. Have a marvelous time!
