Tapping Points on the Body

In case you are wondering where the tapping points are, please see above.  Now, this is different from the points discussed in the Summit.  In those discussions, they go through 9 points, starting with (1) karate chop point, (2) inner eye or start of eyebrow, (3) side of eye, (4) under eye, right there on the bone, (5) upper lip, or middle spot between upper lip and nose, (6) lower lip, or that indented place between your lower lip and chin, (7) collarbone, or just below the collarbone, or where a man’s bow tie would normally be, (8) under arm, or where a woman’ bra strap would be, and (9) the top of head.

I have read and researched that there are more meridians or chakras, or whatever you wish to call them, than those 9 points, so I would recommend tapping at all the points listed in the above image.  Tapping, meaning just gently tapping. Don’t tap hard enough to bruise yourself.

If you’d like setup statements for each point, please also let me know.  I did write down some scripts in my notes from the presentations.  You can use what they use, or you can personalize it, whatever you are comfortable with.

Just comment me if you’d like set up statements for each point and I’ll create another post regarding that, or else I’ll just reply to the comment.  Let me know if you have any other questions, and also, please let me know how it’s working for you, or not working.

God speed and get tapping!  😉
