Well, she wasn’t actually a munchkin, but she was closer to being a munchkin than she is now. The girl is nearly as tall as I am and she’s only 13! I do believe she’s gonna clear 6.0 before long. I’ll be lookin’ up at her! I miss those little eyes lookin’ up at me. We are more eye-to-eye now.
Well, mostly.
This was Hallie on her 10th birthday. She wanted to go to Harry the Potter, which was a ceramics place where you pick your ceramic, you paint it, they glaze and fire it and you get it back in a few days. She invited seven of her closest peeps and we all had a great time, even though the staff was a bit disorganized. Ceramics, then pizza and soda, then cake! I think I cried when she turned double digits. :’( They grow up tooooo fast!

My Ellie is now taller than her mother,, a little way to for me but could well be there.. lovely Carol, they grow very quickly..;)
Crazy, right? How are kids become taller than us? Thanks, brother. Indeed, they do. Wish we could keep them small and with us just a little longer.
Having a toddler make double digits look so faraway, but sure that time will come fast. What a lovely idea for celebrating a birthday! Hallie must have an artistic soul.
Indeed, time flies faster and faster, especially after you have children, as I know you can tell by your son already being a toddler. You blink and they are 13, it seems. Hallie has always loved art (painting, drawing, photography, etc.)
