Guess what this is? I really enjoy closing in on macro and then going in even further, to make the colors blend and turning into sort of an abstract.
What is it?
I bet someone guessed what it is!
Hibiscus
by
Linda Pastan
How brazen
yet delicate is this red
hibiscus,
torn last winter
from a Florida pavement, weed
among smouldering weeds.
You wrapped it in brown paper,
hid it
under your airplane seat.
Now it trumpets
its honky-tonk
song
here
in a northern
window
and scorches
our chilly
mornings
with stolen
tropical
light.

Indeed an art photo!!! Cheers Nonoy Manga
Aw, thanks Nonoy! *hug*
And Cheers to you!
I do like the way photos are messed about with as long as the original is maintained. Art is a good word for them..’squidge’,,.
It was a fun shot. I did one extremely close up, which shows here, and several further away, so I could at least remember what is was I was actually photographing.
Thanks. *squish*

Thanks!
